
About eKurs

Developed for the needs of educational institutions, grown through collaboration
eKurs was founded in 2012 when the Mustasaari Adult Education Centre decided to take matters into its own hands. There was no system on the market that met their needs for managing course registrations, so they chose to build their own. Soon, several other educational institutions joined in, and together they have developed it into a versatile and practical system that we continue to improve to this day.

eKurs3
In August 2024, we launched a major update project, and now eKurs 3 has been released! The first to adopt the new version was once again Korsholm Adult Education Centre. Since then, we have migrated four other institutions to the new platform, and the remaining customers will transition during the spring.
eKurs 3 has been developed using modern technologies. It is faster, offers improved performance, and is more secure than ever.

Features
Educational institutions can comprehensively manage courses, including course registrations, cancellations, schedules, and private lessons, as well as salaries, invoicing, discounts, personal accounts, family members, reporting, automated messaging, internal communication, and queue management.
Students and teachers have their own user pages. Students can enroll in courses, send messages, manage family members, and update their personal information. Teachers can create course plans, manage courses and communication, maintain course logs, and submit travel expense claims.

eKurs Integrations
eKurs is a customizable system that adapts to each customer’s needs. It enables integrations with a wide range of third-party systems, such as Sonet, Cpos, Abilita, Paytrail, CGI, and Unit4. In addition, eKurs supports online banking payments and the recording of study credits in the Koski register.
